Return Process

  Place the item in its original compostable packaging and include the packing slip.

  Label & Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package at any authorized collection point.

  Refund Processing

  Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
